CONFESSION:
We are terrible at doing Family Home Evening, other than playing CandyLand or watching a movie together. Even that only happens once a month at best. But as of tonight I am not a total failure.
A friend told me about a organization that collects little dresses to send to Africa. I am pretty new to sewing clothes so it was a good learning project. Bennett got to help. He picked out the fabric and tried to cut it while giving me a heart attack. He wanted to make one for a girl his age, so he was a perfect little model.

Mood Swings
{All these were taken in a matter of seconds}
This girl has got her sas on lately. Being totally serious, I love it. She has always been so mellow and even tempered, now this sassy/dramatic personality is booming out with agendas and preferences. It is fun to see a new chapter of our girl.

Same-Same
In our house when something is a match we call it "same-same". Looking through pictures I see alot of same-sames in my kids.
Same Place-Lagoon
Same age
Same Stroller
Same amazing blues
Same sweet smiles
Not so same same:
Head size. Wowzer Bennett!

Discovery Gateway....{Bennetts Heavan}
This museum is totally up Bennetts ally. I felt terrible having to drag him out of there (literally) after 5 hours.
I'm sad this is fuzzy, but I had to blow it up. He is putting on a play and playing the roll of the very fierce dragon...as if I had to explain. I am not sure how long I will look a this with out busting up laughing everytime.
I have very vivid memories of going to this museum, like 20 years ago(yikes), when it was at another location. I could have spent ALL Day in the grocery store. It was, at the time, my heaven.....not so much now. I really cannot express how much I remember loving it.
Cows grocery shop, who knew?
Lets not forget I have another child, and a pretty cute one at that.

Cousins
Are cousins not just the best.
I grew up with a cousin just one month younger than me. Partners in crime we were. One time we passed a house in her neighborhood with a gorgeous yard....so gorgeous we decided to pick the head off of every flower in the flower bed. We loaded up an entire wagon, but why let them go to waste. So, we went door to door selling them. If I remember correctly we made a pretty penny, or atleast we thought we did, maybe $1.75.....split. When we got back to the house and reported our earnings my mother was mortified. She made a teaching opportunity out of it(lucky me) and made me take the money back to the ladies house and tell her what I did and give her the money. I really did not see it as stealing but I sure learned my lesson.
One of the first things that I was looking forward to when finding out Miss Lib was indeed a Miss, was the partner in crime she would have. Peyton is 5 months older and I cannot wait to see the shenanigans they will come up with. Hopefully this is not an indication of the fun to come, but come to think of it, they are girls. We better brace ourselves.

May I have the definition
"Mom, I have so many ipods"
While pointing out every freckle, ouchy and bug bite from head to toe.
"Mom, look at Buzz Light Years privacy"
He then showed me all the bells and whistles of Buzz. He continued to show me all of the toys and their functions.... or their "privacy".
