The economy is frightening right now but lets look on the bright side. It is a great time to take advantage of the dropping interest rates. (Today it's at 5.25%.) Jon and I recently did by refinancing our house and in return saved alot of money. It is not a great idea for everybody but in our case it very much was and we are thrilled. We were so pleased with the service we got from our loan officers that we wanted to spread the word. If you think that buying or refinancing would benefit you, leave me a comment or give me a call. They really are the best!! Everyone should use them.
We are in the process of refinancing!! Our guy said that in the next week or two he can get us on a rate of 4.6 or 4.7!!!
K this has nothing to do with this post but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bennett's poka dotted chair. I'm so stinkin jealous! He must have been really good for Santa to bring him that.
