Today I went to the dentist. I hate it so bad....so so so bad. I have always had weak teeth, along with all my brothers and sisters. It must be genetic, combined with having no fluoride in our water growing up. Today I just had 2 cavities. I say just because that is a low number for me. But I decided that I was never going to get a cavity again. Hopefully it is a realistic goal. I got some prescription tooth paste. $17 a tube is pretty steep but a lot cheaper than 2 cavities every 6 months. Wish me luck. I will let you know how it goes in 6 months.

Yeah tell me how that tooth paste works. Colt has really bad teeth and has already lost 1 permanent tooth. Hey I'm having a jewelry party, it will be fun if you could come and hang out again. I'll be sending you and invite soon. We should get together soon for lunch or something some day.
WE DO HAVE WEAK TEETH! It sucks. I know that it's got be be genetic since I take better care of my teeth than Nathan and he's had 1 cavity in the whole time we've been married and I've probably had 8-10. However, I've only had 2 in 6 years, while you a while back bought my dentist a sweet vacation.

After reading this, Nathan wanted me to point out (rub in) that before the cavity he just got 6 months ago he hasn't had one since he was 10. He wanted me to point out (rub in) that it was 25 years since he'd had a cavity. Now, doesn't that make us all feel better? BARF!
I don't like the dentist either! But, who does? Good luck with no cavities! I use to be a dental assistant so here's my bit of advice for no cavities...don't drink soda, and make sure on top of brushing that you rinse and floss everyday too! Good luck!
Ivan never had any cavities either. I am also wondering how in the world you got that picture. Pretty funny.
You have to let me know if the toothpaste works. Last year we spent sooo much money on Brandon's teeth, and this year has started out no different so let me know if it works.
