Lion King

Last weekend Jon surprised me with tickets to the Lion King. It was fantastic......at least that is what I heard. Of all the seats in the house, mine was right behind a chick with one giant afro. Who wears an afro to the theater anyways? It was huge and I must say she wore it well, but she had to of know that it was a bit of a blockage for anyone behind her. I could see about 20% of the left of the stage, and if I scooted forward and sat up tall I could see the actors heads. At intermission we were able to move seats. When we looked back at our seats, we could see that we were not the only ones that decided to relocate, there were a few more empty seats behind her. Kind of silly. Anyway, I loved what I saw and appreciated the surprise, experience and the company.
