Oopsy!

Here are the damages of driving while stupid and pregnant...

Just 3 days before Miss Lib arrived Bennett and I went to Target to get her some last minute thing. It had been such a fun typical day of just he and I doing our thing. When leaving the parking I headed to the exit I was used to using and saw that they had changed it to a one way/do not enter. So I turned to head to another and a pole jumped out and hit the front corner of my car... at least that is what it seemed like. Bennett calmly said, "you bumped the car Mommy" But then he cried and cried when the "TowMater" had to come take it away. Who knew a little post would do so much damage. It pushed the bumper into the tire so we couldn't even drive it to the repair shop. Thank goodness for insurance. A lady working in a store near by said that I was the 3rd person that week to hit it. But I was the first one to hit it since they added concrete to the bottom. Lucky me, that is what caused all the damage.

The good news, we got to bring Libby home in a huge, nice and clean rental car.

This kind of reminds me of a certain mailbox.... I bet I could find the picture if I looked!

Gosh, that is worse than I thought it was. I remember the night a pole jumped out at Nathan and he called me at the shoe store where I worked about to cry. We'd been married a week and he felt so bad. However, not as bas as I felt when I rear-ended someone 9 months later in the same car and the whole front end came off. Whoops!
