I Can do Hard Things

I am participating in a challenge, 8 Weeks to a Better you.

The Daily Rules
8 Glasses of water
Exercise 45 minutes
2 Fruits and 2 Vegetables
No Sugar
No Junk food, fast food or soda
No eating past 8p.m.
Atleast 7 hours of sleep
15 minutes of scripture study
Journal writing
A service or a random act of kindness

Each item I accomplish each day earns a point. There is potential for 10 points a day. At the end of each week we report our score. There is a prize at the end for highest score and little prizes along the way. The biggest prize will just be a better me. I am doing it to be in a program where I have a support group and some accountability. I have really liked it so far, and have not found it hard to get a perfect score everyday so far. The Mr has been really supportive and is unofficially doing it along with me.

I am looking forward to a better me!
