For about 8 years I have known what my first little girl would be named. Lucky for Jon, when he came into my life and decided to stick around he loved the name as well. Then something had to come and crush my plan.........

Call me un-romantic, or un-female or just realistic, but I am not a fan. I gave them a try so that I could participate in female conversation but after 1.5 books and 2 movies, I really can say with an educated stance, that I am not a fan.

But now I am ruined. I cannot use that name and I am left with a wondering ear at grocery stores or baby web sights. We are pretty sure we have it narrowed down to 2 but I go back and forth everyday. Jon tells me everyday desperately, "what can I call her, she needs a name"

What are the names? I dare not publish on the web for fear of a ware wolf, vampire or sea monster character being named that in the next 3 months.

Wow that is so funny. I feel the exact same way. I LOVED that name and wanted to use it since probably middle school...but I just don't think I can. I am not much of a fan of the whole Twilight thing either, I guess I just don't get it. I know you'll come up with something just as cute though!

When I think that Natalee would have been Ethan had she been a boy it makes me shudder a little. I totally hate that name now, but I thought it was THE ONE when I was pregnant. Things change and your little Clementine wasn't meant to be a Bella.
PS- Tell Jon to call her Clementine :)

oh, just name her bella. who cares about twilight if it's the name you love. in 5 years no one will even associate it w/ twilight.

i was worried about "anna nicole smith" and "carson daily" and now "samuel l jackson" there is always someone out there to ruin a name...
